Ernest Payson Goodrich (May 7, 1874 – October 7, 1955) [1] was an American pioneer in urban planning and engineering, [2] the first president of the Institute of Transportation Engineers, [3] and the third head coach of the Michigan State Normal School football team (now Eastern Michigan University).
