Acme is an unincorporated community in Donegal, Mount Pleasant and Bullskin townships in Pennsylvania, United States. The Acme ZIP code of 15610 extends well beyond the more densely populated part of the area, into rural parts of Donegal Township in Westmoreland County and Bullskin Township in Fayette County .

A post office called Acme was established in 1911, and remained in operation until it was discontinued in 1963. [2] The community took its name from the local Acme Manufacturing Company. [ 3 ]
The Acme-McCrary-Sapona Recreation Center was built in 1948–1949, and is a two-story, Art Moderne style brick recreation center. [2] The buildings were added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2014. [1] The buildings were owned by Acme Hosiery Mills, which was purchased by brothers-in-law D.B. McCrary and T.H. Redding in 1909.
Denver is situated on North Carolina State Highway 16, west of Lake Norman. It is about 25 miles (40 km) north of downtown Charlotte and 15 miles (24 km) southeast of Newton. Denver's northern border is the Catawba County line.

The high-rise sits on the corner of 16th Street Mall and Glenarm Place, next to the Denver Pavilions.
