The Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) is an academic O Level examination that is done by form four students across Tanzania to prepare them for their A level studies. [1] The exams are usually done between late September to early or mid November and they are managed by the National Examinations Council of Tanzania (NECTA).
Most Regents exams consist of a single three-hour testing period. The exception is the Earth Science exam, which consists of a 41-minute (approximate) laboratory component, known as the Earth Science lab practical, given around two weeks prior to the three-hour exam. The length of the exam increased from 14 to 16 hours with additional Task Based Simulations for each of the four sections. The Content Specification Outlines (CSOs) are replaced by Blueprints which will be released by AICPA each year.
