The Magic Roundabout is an English-language children's programme that ran on BBC Television from 1965 to 1977.. It used the footage of the French stop motion animation show Le Manège enchanté but with completely different scripts and characters.
The Magic Roundabout featuring the original UK voice cast (see Amazon.com) but was then picked up by the Weinstein Co. and re-dubbed with a US cast and re-released as Doogal. Because the UK dub is available on NTSC DVD in the US it seems fair to list this alternative title prominently.
